Begin the day with meditation and yoga because just like working out at the gym get your body in shape, meditation is the work out activity for the mind. it helps heal your mind, provides peace and clarity to start everyday afresh and as a new opportunity
- Sleep like a baby-
Well when they say 8 hours of sleep is necessary for the body, they say it right because the mind is always active 24×7 and deserves rest too, therefore, get enough sleep. Sleep deprivation makes one cranky, irritated and leads to frustration as well
- Self awareness and acceptance-
For a healthy mind, one needs to engage in introspection of the self and accept oneself the way he/she is, with all the flaws and imperfections. Rather making imperfections strength allows one to feel strong enough to overcome the same and become a better version on oneself. Remember one is not competing with others but one’s own self.
